Workstream Collaboration
The workstream Collaboration serves as an independent and compliant consortium and project facilitator/manager for FINAT-led initiatives. The workstream drives projects together with external parties and internal stakeholders to strengthen the position of the label industry.
The activities are divided in ongoing platforms and temporary taskforces. The ongoing platforms are CELAB Europe (separate structure hosted by FINAT), the National Associations Board & L9, the Labelexpo Advisory Board, and the UV FoodSafe Group (till Q4 2023). Current taskforces are working on Product Carbon Footprint, investigating and 'landscaping' the different CO2 footprint methodologies being used in the label value chain, and Young Talent Outreach, increasing visibility of the label sector as career destination for next generations.
