THE FEDRIGONI GROUP, FOR THE FIRST TIME AT SALON C!PRINT IN LYON, IS READY TO REDEFINE THE RULES OF THE DIGITAL PRINTING GAME

'Redefine the printing game', redefining the digital printing 'game' through innovative solutions. This is Fedrigoni's objective in view of Salon C!Print, in which it will take part as a Group for the first time. The souls of the divisions, Fedrigoni Special Papers and Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives, will merge in a creative and colourful stand, with representations inspired by the game of Tetris.

Among the various solutions, Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives will be presenting a preview of a revolutionary product capable of changing the destiny of short-term indoor advertising, designed to minimise the environmental impact of large format digital printing. Also on display will be Ri-Jet C50 Ultimate Slide & Tack, a highly conformable CAST film designed for the decoration and coating of commercial and private vehicles. Finally Ri-Jet PO100, a PVC-free film developed for large format digital printing with application on flat surfaces. Among its strengths, that of guaranteeing a reduced environmental impact: Ri-Jet PO100 is in fact produced with lower CO2 emissions (-15.5%) and lower energy consumption (-2%) and water consumption (-32.5%), compared to the same produced quantity of a traditional PVC self-adhesive film. It will be possible to test these and many other solutions directly on the stand and also check their performance during the C!Wrap contest: a parallel event involving 6 teams of professional decorators. The mission? To wrap and decorate a wide variety of surfaces, including a wall, a floor and vehicles, in five hours. Among the many materials chosen for the competition are Ri-Jet Floor Talker, Ri-Jet Decobus and Ri-Jet C50 Ultimate Slide&Tack.

As far as Fedrigoni Special Papers are concerned, the focus will be on papers for digital printing, HP Indigo certified and designed to make the most of the potential of this technology: a complete range of different formats, weights and finishes to meet any publishing need: from brochures to catalogues, from art books to the most precious prints. Included in the catalogue are 100% recycled and sustainable solutions. Among the latest novelties, Mistral, recently presented at Paris Packaging Week, is a new range of special embossed papers, ideal for all high-end publishing projects, such as books, catalogues, covers; communication support, invitations and brochures, greeting cards, tags and luxury packaging. Last but not least, Imitlin, recently revamped and available in several colours, finishes and grammages, this range stands out for its high resistance to abrasion, tearing, creasing and light, making it an excellent alternative to plastic solutions in publishing and packaging.
