Schreiner PrinTrust at Cartes 2015 in Paris, Booth 3 A 079

The Cartes 2015 specialist trade fair takes place from 17 to 19 November in Paris. At this global event for payment, identification and mobility, Schreiner PrinTrust will be presenting two of its highlights: the "Best Product" NFC-Sticker and a groundbreaking new development in the field of vehicle identification – the ((rfid))-Windshield Global Secure label. Both solutions allow consumers to experience mobile, contactless payment in its simplest form. The NFC-Sticker fits perfectly into the portfolio of card producers who wish to follow the NFC payment trend as early as possible. The behind-glass label is one of the first on the market to offer dynamic encryption, which identifies vehicles in the UHF range with great reliability. This makes parking tickets a thing of the past.

The EMV-compliant NFC-Sticker with integrated SLE 77 chip by Infineon meets even the most exacting performance and security criteria and offers an efficient solution to close the gap between standard card systems and advanced mobile payment systems. Hence, the sticker is an ideal enhancement for the product portfolio of card producers. Personalizers can use their equipment to write individual data on chip and surface in standard processes. With NFC-Stickers, banks immediately participate in the mobile payment business while consumers benefit from easy, quick and secure payment transactions. That's why several market leaders in the smart card segment have already pro-actively included the NFC-Sticker in their portfolio. Recently, the International Card Manufacturers Association (ICMA) awarded the "Ceska Debit Black" version for Austria Card with the "Élan Award 2015" for the "Best Product" in the "People's Choice" category.

In the field of automated, contactless vehicle identification – e.g. for monitoring access to parking garages and other AVI (automatic vehicle identification) applications such as road toll payment and fleet management – Schreiner PrinTrust will be launching a new product for ultimate security: the ((rfid))-Windshield Global Secure label. It closes the gap in ultra-high frequencies: Up to now, encrypted transmissions and security chips were only possible over short ranges with HF technology. The new label offers dynamically encrypted communication and an authentication feature that indicates whether the label is original. In addition, ((rfid))-Windshield Global Secure offers a payment function just like the NFC-Sticker. Therefore, in future, parking tickets or detours to the payment station will no longer be necessary.
