PRATI registers a resounding success from every point of view at LABELEXPO EUROPE 2015

• PRATI showcased its latest innovation, DIGIFAST ONE, alongside another 10 machines from the company’s entire label and package finishing portfolio

• Finishing for both digital and conventional printed SA labels as well as IML production, the Saturn OMNIA gave visitors a new look at the future benefits of ultimate flexibility.

• A commercial success as well as a record number of visitors to the PRATI booth confirmed the pre-exhibition trend which saw company sales reach an all-time best

LABELEXPO EUROPE 2015 has been an immense success for PRATI proving to be the perfect platform for building on existing customer relations and generating important new leads. Visitors came principally from Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and were attracted to the booth which developed a theme based on the host’s ability to fly label finishing companies to success.

Putting the client first
Focusing on customer priorities such as better productivity, less downtime and flexibility to respond to the market’s quickly-changing demands, PRATI presented the latest innovations to be released this year.

Designed together with major printing groups, the new JUPITER WF slitter inspection rewinder will cut time and overhead from every process. By implementing fully automated quality control and corrective action via an exclusive software element, the WF system enables converters to streamline production, improve efficiency, reliability and quality, zeroing the risk of human error. Moreover, the machine can be fitted with all camera brands.

DIGIFAST ONE was ultimately the major attraction on the booth. Visitors were impressed by the remarkable processing speeds and minimal set-up time between jobs.

Live displays attracted the crowds
Many visitors gathered to watch the VEGA+ die-cutter with a new-generation non-stop turret rewinder. Raining Labels was running its own “post label” job, wowing attendees with extreme finishing capabilities and reaching an astonishing 112,000 linear metres in just 24 hours, making premium quality finishing look absolutely effortless.

Sales & Marketing Director, Chiara Prati commented on the latest edition of LABELEXPO EUROPE: “An intense 4 days in Brussels at the most successful LABELEXPO yet. This is how I’d like to sum it all up. We received countless visitors, particularly interested in learning more about the DIGIFAST ONE, from all corners of the globe. We sealed numerous contracts and expect to conclude outstanding business over the next couple of months at the head offices in Faenza. A lot of effort was put into this exhibition, so I am happy to say we expect a busy autumn and decisively positive results at the end of the year.”
