Outstanding Focus on Quality Award
Blackmores, Australia’s leading natural health brand, honoured their best suppliers at the Blackmores Supplier Conference in Sydney. Pemara, the new addition to the Constantia group, has been included in this group of best suppliers for more than 5 years.
Following last year’s Setting The Pace Award for outstanding service and collaboration, this year Pemara has been awarded with Outstanding Focus on Quality Award for maintaining unrivalled quality standards.
As Richard Henfrey, Chief Operating Officer at Blackmores, commented as he presented the award, “2015 was an unprecedented year in respect of growth and demand for our products. This demand can put undue pressure and strain on suppliers to increase output at the same time as ensuring product quality is not negatively impacted. With these sometimes conflicting demands we have looked for a supplier who has kept a close eye on maintaining quality over the year. Pemara has demonstrated this with an exceptionally low number of NCRs raised for the year versus over 4,000 lots delivered equating to an impressive NCR rating of 99.4%.”
Blackmores also considered a number of other factors such as Pemara’s proactive approach to quality and dedication to improve.
“This is a fantastic acknowledgment of our commitment to quality and dedication to our customers. We look forward to continuing our partnership and growing together,” said Andrew McNamara, Group Managing Director at Pemara.
