New Optimum Extra mid-gloss paper for HP Indigo and digital UV-inkjet

(UPM Raflatac, Tampere, 21 September 2011) – At the Digital Print Workshops during Labelexpo Europe 2011, UPM Raflatac is introducing Optimum Extra, a mid-gloss paper label face for HP Indigo and digital UV-inkjet printing.

Optimum Extra covers all mid-gloss end-uses from food and drinks to home care, retail and logistics. It has a specially adapted surface which provides optimum colour saturation and consistently crisp resolution, without the need for an additional primer before printing.

A long shelf-life prior to printing enables fast deliveries from stock – the vital difference when competing on quality and speed.
