MACtac at Labelexpo Europe 2011 Hall5, Stand 5C20

MACtac Europe, part of the BEMIS Company, will present visitors innovative solutions for a large variety of market segments:

• Manufactured in its FSC®-PEFC certified Soignies’ site, VELVET EF & MACcoat EF are the first FSC® semi-gloss coated face paper grades including 60% of recycled fibres. Together with the MACtab Biodegradable / MP198 adhesive (compliant with ISO14855 & EN13432 norm onto compostable packaging), it is emphasizing the commitment of MACtac Europe to support the trend towards sustainable growth.
• A large selection of new products aimed at digital printing technologies, with the proprietary INDIE™ range of HP® INDIGO certified paper and filmic materials as well as the range for XEIKON type dry toner presses.
• MACtac-BEMIS U Coex55, the first thin film of a range of synthetic face materials jointly developed within the BEMIS group.
• MP318N & MP318N UV are the new versions of the famous adhesives approved for some of the most demanding labelling applications in the pharmaceutical industry, now also available with a new 30 µm PET liner.
• Aimed at serving the food industry, FA103 is a special adhesive for direct contact with fatty food available with several paper & filmic face materials.

MACtac Europe will also emphasize on the new 2m hot melt capability that was installed in the first quarter of 2011 in Soignies, Belgium. It completes the offer of the 7 other coaters located on the Belgian Soignies’ site and the 2m coater installed in Genk, Belgium.
