Label Traxx strengthens global sales and service team

Two new appointments address the needs of the company’s growing customer base in Latin America and Europe.

Label Traxx, the label industry’s leading supplier of print management software, has announced it has bolstered its sales and service capabilities with two new appointments. To meet the needs of it’s growing international customer base, the company has added Debbie Marx and Chris Raby.

Marx, who will be based at the company’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin headquarters, will be responsible for Label Traxx’s Latin American customer base. “I am absolutely thrilled to be part of this great team and really looking forward to making a real impact on the efficiency of our customers’ business with such a robust program as Label Traxx,” Marx says. “I’m continually impressed with how well it fits into any customers’ business module and excited to be able to marry together my degree in Spanish along with my technical support skills.”

Raby has joined the UK operation, and will be focused on Label Traxx’s fast growing UK and European customer base. Raby brings to Label Traxx over ten years of experience working with HP Indigo customers, and has a vast amount of experience in facilitating a successful training and implementation program for software in the print industry. He comments, “I am thrilled to join the Label Traxx team and to be able to incorporate by experience and knowledge of digital printing and software implementation with the label industry’s leading print management system supplier. I look forward to bringing Label Traxx products and enhancements to both new and existing customers.”
