Integration of the Italian SAMORANI group in ALLIANCE ÉTIQUETTES

The ALLIANCE ÉTIQUETTES Group continues to expand and at the end of 2024 announced the integration of the SAMORANI Group, a family business founded by Daniele Samorani in 1989, based in Forli (province of Forli-Cesena, Emilia-Romagna) in Italy.

The SAMORANI GROUP consists of three companies: SAMORANI, ETICA'S and PROCOM.

SAMORANI offers a wide range of offset, screen and digital printing solutions for the production of an infinite variety of products for the paper and packaging and publishing industries. Thanks to the wide variety of materials and media available, it prints customised gadgets, advertising and commercial prints and MOCA (Objects Suitable for Food Contact) for a variety of sectors: food and beverage, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, furniture, fashion, automotive, chemical and industrial, catering and hotel.

2001 saw the birth of ETICA'S, the specialised label printing division that uses the main existing printing techniques - screen printing, hot foil stamping, rotary flexo and digital - to print high quality labels in a very short time, while providing a timely consulting service.

Finally, PROCOM offers a full range of integrated communication agency services. It specialises in corporate and brand identity, graphic design, copywriting, websites, packaging, stand and interior design.

The group's activities are mainly aimed at the food industry and have developed over a short radius, with the vast majority of customers located in Emilia Romagna.

‘This integration will allow our group to diversify into sectors complementary to that of labels (with packaging, merchandising and integrated communication) and to take a new step forward in our international development,’ explains Olivier Laulan, President of ALLIANCE ÉTIQUETTES.

This new entry follows the recent acquisitions of France's Imprimerie Berjon, L'éperon and Impressions de L'Enclos, and strengthens Alliance Eituqettes' position as the market leader in premium printing solutions in Europe, particularly in Italy after integrating the famous Tonutti Tecniche Grafiche of Friuli at the end of 2022.
