In a recent move, Unipack lead by Kulblushan and his brothers Anil and Ajay, purchased a fully loaded Rotocontrol RSC 340 servo driven die-cutting, slitting, rewinding inspection and finishing system which is also fitted with a Nikka inspection camera. Nikka Research provides dedicated and reliable user friendly tools for measuring, controlling and documenting production quality with minimal impact on productivity. The capabilities of Nikka inspection systems include PDF proofreading solutions for prepress, 100% inspection on press and on rewinders, workflow systems, inpsection of variable data, process automaticn and date collection.
The Rotocontrol RSC 340 offers a full suite of standard features in a high-performance, compact, extremely robust finishing machine, designed to maximize operator usability and efficiency. The RSC features a cartriduge slitting systems, vertical inspection zone, automatic tension control, job save and more, running at 320 meters per minute providing more time to produce labels and less time in set up.

This sale was handled by Delhi based Weldon Celloplast Ltd. which was set up in 1982 by Harveer Singh Sahni.
