Grafotronic launches HAPTIC, a series of high-end embellishing options
Grafotronic has developed three new high-end embellishing modules. One high speed flatbed screen-printing module and two different high-accuracy and high-speed hot stamping and embossing modules.
All modules are designed with accuracy, quality, efficiency, and automation in focus. Thanks to the Grafotronic Future Safe™ concept, each module is designed for being easily retrofittable onsite at any time, and together with the complete portfolio of units and options this series is the best choice for any printing business.
The new HAPTIC series from Grafotronic, provides perfect ability to produce outstanding labels, utilizing advanced hot stamping and screen-printing technology. The Grafotronic embellishment module portfolio – the HAPTIC series - will deliver high performance application of specialty finishing, including metallic foiling, embossing, hologram application, spot varnish, tactile effects and textures.
The HAPTIC series is designed to provide a unique advantage in the production of labels for wine, liquor and spirits, food and beverage, cosmetics, chemical, pharmaceutical, and tech sectors.
Grafotronic’s new hot stamping modules features high stamping pressure, and extended dwell time for high quality, unique designs, and outstanding embossing results – even on structured papers. Including a revolving head design and servo driven foil motion, both modules enable single foil and complex multi foil designs.
Among other features the Grafotronic flatbed screen-printing unit includes a remotely controlled servo driven printing group and stepless low temperature UV curing system, designed for supporting every aspect of the embellishment.
