Flint Group Exhibiting at Envase Alimentek Farmatek

Unichem FL MV
Flint Group’s next generation of Nitrocellulose-based inks for lamination and surface printing on polyolefine films. The ink systems have been developed and optimised to meet the current and future demands of high quality flexo printing. They offer excellent ink transfer (no build up on plates) and enable long production runs without plate cleaning due to the new automatic wash system. This results in superb printability with clean shades, full dots and high colour strength. They are also suitable for very fine aniloxes (400 l/cm and more) with high quality, high speed and free of migratable monomeric plasticizers.
EloLam AG-AR
EloLam AG-AR is a laminatable rotogravure ink series for printing on PET, PVdC coated PET, SiOx coated films and nylon substrates. It offers high speed, excellent printability and easy handling, as well as having low odour, very good resistance properties and low solvent retention. It is a mono-solvent, ketone free, PVC based ink system.
Lithocure Premium
Lithocure Premium is a new generation UV offset system with outstanding print and press performance that is suitable for most label substrates and narrow web applications.
nyloflex® NExT
An innovative, high intensity UV exposure technology that enables precise reproduction of the digital layout onto the finished printing plate. The high level of UV emission leads to a significant improvement in the reproduction of finest relief elements and a substantial reduction of the fluting effect in corrugated printing.
nyloflex® FTF Digital
The new digital nyloflex® FTF flexo plate is an intrinsic flat top plate with a special textured surface for flexible packaging. It provides flat top dots by simply processing it like any standard digital plate. No change, no additional equipment, processing steps, consumables etc. are required. The special textured plate surface eliminates the need for time consuming surface screening, resulting in an even ink lay-down and increased solid ink density with just a standard resolution of 2,400 or 2,540 dpi. The nyloflex® FTF Digital allows a significant reduction in complexity and increased efficiency in the prepress and plate making process. The nyloflex® FTF Digital is the first commercially available product providing such unique features.
