First Impression Labels joins All4Labels Group

All4Labels Global Packaging Group, a globally leading manufacturer of packaging solutions and a pioneer in digital printing, continues its growth strategy by partnering with leading companies within the packaging industry. The Hirt and Carter Group, an integrated marketing solutions firm headquartered in South Africa, has signed an agreement for its subsidiary, First Impression Labels, to become a wholly owned subsidiary of the All4Labels Group. First Impression Labels is a market leader in supplying high value labelling solutions for multinational and domestic customers, headquartered in Durban, South Africa. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.
