Fabriano/Ritrama acquired by the Fedrigoni Group
Fedrigoni buys Ritrama, the Italian multinational manufacturer of sticker products with plants in Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Chile and China. The Rink family, founder of the Ritrama Group, will maintain ownership and management of Ritrama's North American business, continuing its commercial partnership with the rest of the Group.
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2020 and is subject to the completion of certain suspenseful conditions.
