ECHA updates advice on Brexit

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) adapted their advice and IT tools preparing for the end of the transition period prior to the UK's withdrawal from the EU (Brexit). In particular, they updated guidance on transferring REACH registrations for UK-based legal entities. The new version includes, among others, the specific arrangements for companies based in Northern Ireland, where EU-REACH will continue to apply after the 31 December 2020 deadline.
