CCL Industries Completes Treofan Americas Acquisition
CCL Industries Inc., a world leader in specialty label, security and packaging solutions for global corporations, government institutions, small businesses and consumers, confirmed today it completed the previously announced acquisition of Treofan America Inc. and Trespaphan Mexico Holdings GmbH (collectively "Treofan Americas").
Treofan Americas operations in Mexico and the United States will immediately transition to trade under the Innovia Films name.
