Bar Graphic’s Chairman, Bill Rhodes, and Managing Director, Annmarie Rhodes, recently travelled overseas to California to attend TLMI’s 4-day annual conference.

TLMI (Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute) is a member powered association, dedicated to helping its members succeed in the label and package printing industry, through knowledge sharing and networking. TLMI place a strong emphasis on sustainability through leadership, education, support, and advocacy to help their members reduce their impact on the planet.

The conference included an annual business meeting, committee meetings, educational presentations and a variety of networking and social activities, all concluding with TLMI’s annual awards dinner.

Bill and Annmarie found this event to be very inspiring and thought-provoking. They said it was a great opportunity for them to share industry expertise with fellow industry executives, as well as for learning and discovering new innovative ideas in the label and package printing industry.

Before returning back to the UK full of fresh ideas and inspiration, they stopped off in Kansas City to visit their American distributors “J&J Converting Machinery”.

Bar Graphic and J&J Converting Machinery are pleased to announce that there are soon to be some new and exciting developments underway! They are currently in discussions with J&J Converting Machinery to open a brand new demonstration centre in Kansas City.

The demonstration centre will prove to be invaluable for J&J Converting Machinery. They will be able to showcase some of the finest machinery by delivering live, on-site demonstrations. Live demonstrations are the best way for clients to see for themselves just how the machines are in a class of their own when it comes to build-quality, capability, design and cost.
