Bailprint Labels UK choose the new HI2 from Grafotronic as part of a significant investment program.
Grafotronic is happy to announce the sale of the new HI2 Inspection machine to Bailprint Labels Ltd. The installation will be the first in the UK of the second generation of Grafotronic machines.
Bailprint was founded in 1993 and is a fast growing company providing a wide range of high quality labels and packaging to small and large clients in the UK, including the food packaging industry.
"We were looking for a new very high specification machine that could handle all the materials we work with, from unsupported films to board, and I have to say that Grafotronic impressed me in trials with excellent tension control throughout the machine and ease of operation." said Bailprint founder and managing director, John Hayward. “We have also installed a new Nilpeter FA4* 8 colour press, and we needed a rewinder /inspection machine capable of dealing with whatever the FA4* produces, and that can be labels, flexible packaging or board”.
Gabriele Gerbella, International Sales Manager at Grafotronic said "The new generation of fully servo driven inspection machines have been completely re-designed and updated with the latest technology in every single part of the machine. It has been a long journey but we are very proud of the result and all the positive feedback we get from our customers"
