Apex International to Exhibit Anilox & Glue Set Solutions at Top Industry Events This Fall
Apex International, global manufacturer of metering technologies, is preparing to exhibit advanced anilox and glue set solutions at 4 North American industry events, throughout the fall of 2023. The company’s advanced metering solutions will be showcased at Corrugated Expo, the AICC Annual Meeting, the FTA Fall Conference and the FXC White Opaque Ink Seminar.
Apex International will exhibit their patented and proprietary anilox engravings and corrugated glue set solutions demonstrating how to experience remarkable energy savings and a fantastic return on investment with our effective steam solution at TAPPI CorrExpo 2023, Booth #706. The event will be hosted August 28-30, 2023, at the Cleveland Convention Center in Cleveland, OH. Hosted by TAPPI, this corrugated industry event will feature sessions on industry trends and new technologies, a golf tournament, and a special event at the Cleveland Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, along with over 100 exhibitors. Apex is proud to exhibit our anilox and glue set solutions to the corrugated industry at this exciting event.
Next, Apex will be attending the AICC 2023 Annual Meeting, September 18-20 in Louisville, KY. This 3-day event features various workshops, plant tours, and networking events for corrugators, printers and converters seeking new technologies and solutions. Apex International will feature their innovative anilox engraving technologies and their Accora glue set solutions, known to improve both board and print quality for converters around the globe.
Apex will be an exhibitor and speaker at the Flexo Xperience Center during their one-day seminar on White Ink on Flexible Film Solutions. The event will be held at the FXC in Atlanta, GA on Tuesday, September 26th and will feature both in-class speaking sessions as well as on-site demonstrations from a variety of solution partners. As one of the original FXC partners, Apex International is proud to showcase their various anilox metering solutions, featuring innovations designed to increase transfer and minimize defects during the process of opaque white ink laydown for flexible package printers.
Finally, Apex is proud to exhibit at INFOFLEX, taking place at the Fall Technical Conference hosted by the Flexographic Technical Association. This 3-day event will take place October 9-11, 2023, also in Louisville, KY and will include various educational and technical sessions, networking opportunities and the INFOFLEX exhibition with over 50 exhibitors. Attendees can discover Apex’s UltraCell engravings along with their patented GTT 2.0 open slalom channel engraving.
Apex International is proud to exhibit their innovative anilox engraving technologies at all four industry events this autumn. The UltraCell engravings are engraved with an ultra-shallow cell geometry for greater ink release and faster clean up. Apex anilox engravings, including the 60° Hex, Longcell, TriHelical, Channellox, and 45° quad, are manufactured using multi-phase laser technology for the tightest OEM tolerances and the highest quality in print and coating applications. Their patented GTT 2.0 open slalom channel engraving is known to mitigate liquid turbulence, resulting in reduced ink spitting, mottling, pinholing, plugging, and dot gain.
Accora glue set solutions will also be showcased at the TAPPI and AICC corrugated industry events this fall. These innovative glue/starch doctoring rolls are proven to minimize starch, glue and water consumption and are manufactured to the tightest T.I.R. and O.D. tolerances for a smooth, even, and precise glue and starch transfer. Ensuring efficient and consistent starch laydown results in optimal starch use and a subsequent reduction of steam. Don't miss this golden opportunity to bolster your bottom line and refine your production process. “Apex International is a proud manufacturer of proven anilox and glue set solutions. We are excited to showcase our patented and proprietary technologies to assist printers and converters in the flexo and corrugated industries in achieving their highest print and board quality yet,” states Aaron Lessing, VP Business Development.
