OMET is a partner company of M3 - Master in Marketing Management offered by University of Milan Bicocca, CRIET and Confindustria

The University of Milan Bicocca, CRIET - Center for Interuniversity Research in Economics, the local divisions of Confindustria Monza and Brianza, Lecco, Como and Sondrio launched the project "M3 - Master in Marketing Management", sharing the importance of training human resources that can contribute to the development of the local production system.

M3 provides for the acquisition of knowledge and skills aimed at: A) Development of abilities to fit in effectively and efficiently in the marketing function in companies that operate in both national and international environments by providing an investigation of the following areas: product, communication and sales. B) Personal development to empower students in basic working and reduce the time and training needed to enter the working world through the learning of language, computer, interpersonal and management skills. C) Development of operational skills inside a partnering company in order to verify the level of knowledge reached, and the methods acquired during classroom training.

This First-level Master is open to graduate and undergraduate students and aims at the acquisition of sixty university credits. It consists of four months full-time classroom training with theoretical activities, exercises and case studies, six months of professional experience in partner companies and two months for the realization of a project work, subject to final evaluation.

The partner companies, including OMET, united by a desire to grow professionally human resources ready to face companies’ life and support the future development of their territories, actively participate in the training program by providing students internships and scholarships and taking part with testimonials and case histories in classroom training and other meetings scheduled by the Master.

Applications for admission must be submitted by, and no later than February 8, 2013. The Master will start April 15, 2013.
