Global anilox roll supplier Harper Corporation of America, the leading innovator in laser engraved ceramic anilox roll production and restoration for printing markets worldwide, was thrilled to participate in Labelexpo Europe 2017. The event featured more than 650 exhibitors from around the world, and attendees were able to see the latest technology in action and learn more about cutting-edge processes.

Harper Corporation of America was pleased with the turnout and success of its participation at this year’s event. Harper representatives were available to answer questions and deliver briefings on how Harper programs, services, surface technology, and engravings enhance efficient print repeatability and improve profitability. Attendees also had the opportunity to learn about the company’s latest products and services.

One of the most popular items on display which generated significant interest was Harper’s award-winning patented QD™ ink proofing and flatbed printing system. It has become the color-matching proofer of choice by many of the leading ink manufacturers. Attendees were also excited to hear about the company’s latest QD™ Printer, the ultimate in flatbed printing using flexographic and gravure processes. The QD™ Printer can be configured in four speed units with a maximum travel speed of 150FPM (45MPM). The travel distance can be set from 12 to 33 inches in one-inch increments and is available in proofer widths of 2.75 inches or 5 inches.

Harper representatives were also pleased with the response and interest from attendees regarding the HarperScientific product line of pressroom and cleaning supplies for continued care and maintenance. The product line includes the world-famous CeramClean II™ ink cleaner. They were available to answer questions about the Harper Express Program as well, which is the fastest anilox delivery program in the industry for most popular narrow web presses. Another highlight of the show was the introduction of the new Harper Online Shopping Cart available through their website for purchasing HarperScientific products 24/7.
