Chromos AG and FUJIFILM (Switzerland) AG are merging

There is another important milestone in the now 74-year history of Chromos AG: Chromos AG and FUJIFILM (Switzerland) AG, which have been part of our group of companies for many years, are merging to form Chromos Group AG on 1 July 2020.

Technological changes and economic challenges require increasing flexibility in order to continue to develop efficient and future-proof solutions in the relationship triangle with our customers and sup-pliers. The Covid 19 crisis in particular clearly demonstrates how constant adaptation to new require-ments is one of the most important factors in securing the success and future of any entrepreneurial undertaking. The merger between our two Swiss companies and subsequent simplification of our organisation offers exactly this advantage. The merger between FUJIFILM (Switzerland) AG, part of our group of companies since 1997, and Chromos AG, is also the logical consequence of many years of very close cooperation with the aim of pooling strengths and simplifying structures.

The CHROMOS Group AG now combines six of its strongest sales areas, Printing, Packaging,
Industrial, KELVA Web Cleaning, FUJIFILM Photo and Service, all under one roof. In addition, the administration and marketing teams of the individual sales areas have also been merged. This specia-lisation enables us to adapt to new challenges faster and with greater flexibility. We have also moder-nised our overall appearance and completely redesigned our website.

Our large consolidated portfolio of global brands, technologies and consulting services, used by our employees to create needs-oriented solutions characterised by high-level expertise, remains un-changed. Similarly, your contact persons will stay the same and all contractual agreements will of course remain unaffected.
